Participants will be greeted with a sparkling Cava from a top-level historical producer in the Penedés region of Spain, Bodegas Oriol Rossell.
The wines from El Lagar de Isilla will be paired with specialty dishes from Avalon Park cuisine establishments, which are prepared to perfectly match the characteristics of the different wines to be tasted.
